INSPIRATION  – A PROCESS OF MENTAL EXCITEMENT

A story of a king who won the battle seventh time after getting defeated six time inspires us not to give up efforts to accomplish the goal and finally reach destination. Tiredness, frustration, unwillingness, humiliation, depression, negativity in the mindset are the outcomes of lack of inspiration. All these states of mindset create the feeling of helplessness, insecurity and getting stuck at some point. This ultimately stops the development of perfect personality and professional aptitudes. Under this situation, what will be the consequence, it is now very clear. Hence, we need to get inspired and inspire others for individual as well as collective development and growth in all walks of our lives, social, economic or whatever is.

Teaching and learning both are the tools of inspiration process. As high as level of inspiration goes, lifestyle goes on changing with higher degree of enthusiasm, courage, self-respect, creative thinking and betterment in our working environment. Inspiration creates feeling and sense to do something for betterment and success by getting excited in generating new ideas, solving problems, and develop noble concept/thoughts.

When someone does something differently and succeeds in terms of reputation, becoming wealthy, obtaining outstanding results creates motivation to others to put extra efforts so as to accomplish his/her goals/objectives. Inspiration creates impact on the mindset due to other’s attitudes, behavior, action and styles.

Inspiration refers to ‘a process of creating mental excitement and enthusiasm to generate new ideas so as to provide solution(s) to problems/issues and accomplish the goal/objective.’

Level of inspiration varies from person to person depending upon the following factors: 1. Emotion and sensing capacity, 2. Sincerity and seriousness, 3. Commitment, 4. Punctuality, 5. Ambition, 6. Urge to do something, 7. Willingness to change styles of working, 8. Awareness, and 9. Sensation with surroundings,

Higher level of inspiration means higher commitment for achievement. This can be practiced by: 1. Coming out of comfort zone, 2. Developing barrier free mindset, 3. Focusing on target, 4. Creativity and innovativeness, 5. Perfect planning capacity, and 6. Maintaining self-respect.

A person gets inspired by: 1. Observation, 2. Meditation, 3. Interpretation, 4. Interaction, 5. Inspection, 6. Feelings, and 7. Sensitivity. 8. Getting more closure to nature.

A person inspires others though: 1. Proving that one can accomplish target/goals by confidence, hardworking, discipline, dedication, commitment, and punctuality. 2. Maintaining harmonious and cordial public relation. 3. Working on new ideas. 4. Clarity in expression and understanding. 5. Giving the messages that everything possible. 6. Doing work differently than others. 7. Heart touching communication and presentation.

The following factors inspire a person to get excited and enthusiastic: 1. Free from metal barriers. 2. Sensing problems as opportunities. 3. Ability to convert weaknesses into strengths. 4. Dedicated to success. 5. Possessing solution providing skills. 6. Degree of knowledge, skill and wisdom. 7. Always working for productive and healthy work culture. 8. Believing in team work.

Conclusion: Source of inspiration may be any human being of creature of the world whether individual or group. Inspiration creates waves of learning for every individual to remain enthusiastic and excited with hope and believe so that desired result(s) could be attained. Inspiration stimulates one’s mind to do differently and set examples for others. Aim, vision, self-help and self-love create momentum and vibration to work out beyond limitations. Role of inspiration becomes more prominent at the time of challenges and threats to get ready to face and solve them. ---------------------
